Penny Starr Design is a landscape design and garden maintenance business based in Melbourne. Founded in 2013, our experience includes landscape design for both residential and commercial clients. We offer a collaborative approach from first ideas through to finished garden. All our gardens are unique, considered and tailored to each client’s needs and site conditions.

5. IMPLEMENTATION AND CONSTRUCTION OVERSIGHT
We liaise with trusted landscape contractors and consultants, review quotes and oversee construction to ensure your garden is built to the highest standard.
6. SOURCING
Plants are hand-selected from quality nurseries, competitively priced and delivered to site. We also source and commission outdoor furniture, pots, lighting and garden features.
7. PLANT SET OUT
On-site placement of plants to ensure correct spacing and best visual impact with clear instructions provided for installation.
